Our history
In 1990, Chore-Time was looking for a distributor in the Southern Indiana region. They approached Ft. Recovery Equipment Co., a Chore-Time distributor from Ohio, and they opened a warehouse in Celestine, IN.
Three years later, Paul Chanley partnered with the owner of Ft. Recovery Equipment Co. and together they incorporated Patoka Equipment, LLC, a Chore-Time Independent Distributor.
In 2016, the Wagler brothers, successful poultry growers from Indiana, purchased Patoka Equipment and took over operations, keeping the same experienced staff that had been a part of Patoka Equipment all along.
Finally, Patoka Equipment merged with Farmers Storage Supply in 2018 and the two have functioned as a unit ever since, winning multiple dealership awards from Chore-Time along the way.
